Application:
Used as preservative in food industry, it is effective to mold and other mushroom which likes air. The preservative effect decreases white PH value increases. The most suitable scope is PH 5-6. Potassium sorbate has no poisonous or side effect. Mainly used in soy sauce, sausage, meat and many kinds of drinks, etc.
Packing& Storage:
25kg (net weight)/carton lined with plastics bag,25kg(net weight)woven bag or kraft paper bag lined with plastics bag.
Kept in tightly closed containers, it should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from moisture and hot. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substances. Handled with care, so as to avoid to damage bags.
