Properties: white particle or powdery have no smell or a special smell slightly, weathering nature a little. It’s apt to dissolve it in the hot water, do not dissolve in the ethanol, ether and chloroform.

Application:

1.In food Industry: 1. It is a fine calcium source, used extensively in beverage and food; It can be used in jelly, chewing gum to stabilize and fortify the gal; Used in fruit packing, vegetable machining and storage to reduce the lost of condensate, increase the brittleness; Used as an additive in the smashed meat of sausage and banger.

2.In medicine: It can be used as the calcium source and nutrition supplement in troche and nutrimental in medical treatment.

3.In Agricultural product and Agriculture: Used as calcium supplement for fish and birds; L-Calcium lactate can be used as feed additives.
