Properties: MBI synergistic effects in combination with other antioxidants. Effect of antioxidants combined with MBI is usually better than that alone. It is a moderate non-staining antioxidant especially for ultra fast accelerator contained rubber compounds and heat-resistant rubber compounds with no S but TMTD. It can activate rubbers with no S but TMTD. MBI with CBS, MBT or thiurams, dithiocarbamate is an anti-scorcher and can improve processing safety and stability of rubber compounds in storage.

Specification:

 Dosage: 0.6-1.5phr usually, 1.5-2phr as a heat-resisting improver.

Application: Various transparent, white and colored rubber products, fabric coating, especially heat-resistant products.
